Video game characters as a reflection of their players

From action to problem-solving to simulation, video games offer something for everyone. Regardless of the genre of game, the player’s first step is often building a character that will become their virtual persona within the game. Depending on the game, characters can be nearly a complete mirror of the player, or become an extravagant fantasy version of themself. These five people let me into their worlds and shared what characters they play as in some of their favorite video games.
